參加禪修期間，若有病痛，財物之損失，及任何意外事件因而受到傷害，概由參加者自行負責，North America Zen Research Center 不負法律及賠償責任。若在禪修期間發生緊急情況，我授權North America Zen Research Center 對我進行醫療協助或送醫院。
It is fully understood that North America Zen Research Center is not liable for any personal illness or injury and/or damage or loss of personal properties that occurs during the retreat.
I authorize North America Zen Research Center to procure medical care or call for hospital in the event of emergency.
